Banking at Sziget
K&H is the official bank of Sziget Festival.
K&H Bank welcomes costumers at its Sziget branch 10 am to 6 pm daily. Non-stop ATMs are to be found at ten locations all over the island. The main services of K&H branch at your disposal are money exchange, bank account opening and counselling on financial products.
(The Sziget branch opens on 10th August, 12 am.)
Cards "swallowed" by ATMs are to be found at Sziget K&H branch building. After the end of the festival you'll find these at the Vigadó tér K&H branch (1051 Budapest, Vigadó tér 1.).
Payment with Card
You can buy your tickets with Visa card at all box offices.
Exchange
Good Change booths on the Sziget offer favourable exchange rates. The service is available all around the clock. Bureaus de change can be found: at the entrance of the festival; in the City centre; at the Csónakház; next to the World Music Stage; and between the City Centre and the World Music Stage. Open from 4 pm August 7th to 9 am August 17th.
Luggage Room
Attention! Highly recommended!
Backpacks and all your other stuff are only safe at the luggage rooms and lockers, which you can easily find on the Sziget map. Please, do not leave any valuables unattended in your tent!
In case of theft, report to the Police Department residing at the Boathouse. If you've lost something consult Information Booth, or call the Lost and Found Line at all hours during the festival, or 10 am to 6 pm on weekdays until 15th September: +36-20/425-6066.
Valuables Lockers
If you have something extremely precious on you, you can keep it safe at the Valuables Lockers at the Boathouse or in the Festival City Center. Please confine yourself to depositing smaller objects only! No girlfriends or puppies are welcome!
Sanitary Services
In case of any health problem, you'll be looked after by professional nurses and doctors at four points on the island. Pharmacy is also available, should you be in need of medicines. The first aid patrol (in white T-shirts tagged HELP Alapítvány on the front, and First Aid on the back) is systematically cruising around the island, you can always rely on them in need, or ask for the help of security personnel. In case of emergency please do NOT call 104! If you happen to be frightened away from waterfootball or the adventure castles of Extreme Park in fear of accidents, just go ahead bravely for we're there to help and look after you everywhere! Beside handling physical injuries, we can also deal with your psychical problems at Soul Ambulance, and we'll also answer your questions on drug-related matters at Prevention tent.

Public Transport
Take the green HÉV-trains from Batthány square to Filatorigát, and join the cowd there!
Car Parking
As there are practically no parking lots in the neighbouring areas of the festival, we strongly recommend you to take public transport in order to approach the festival ground. We're trying to keep the tariffs of the ferry, the bus-shuttle and the cab transfer as low as possible, in order to encourage you to leave your car at home. Cars parked in prohibited areas will be towed away immediately! No responsibility held for valuables left in cars!
Bike Deposit
You can take the cycle path all along the riverbank on the Buda-side right to the entrance where you can leave it safely at our storage for free. You can also have your bike fixed or ask for maintenance at the cycle depo on the festival ground (tennis court at Karaván Camping).

Boat Line: Radio 1 Boat - Sziget
The boat line runs from 2 pm to 4 am (from -1 Day, Monday to Friday) and from noon to 4 am at the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
From the Pest side:
– Jászai Mari Square (pier number 3 in northern direction from Margit bridge, pier number 8 according to the numeration, and
– Vigadó Square (pier number 3/a, between the ships SPOON and Columbus)
On the Buda side:
– there and back between Batthány Square and Sziget continuously. The ticket costs 600 HUF.
Busline
In operation every day from 11 pm to 5 am continuously. Ticket costs 450 HUF.
Route:
From Sziget to Buda side of Árpád bridge, Margit bridge on the Buda then Pest side, Nyugati Railway Station, onto Oktogon followed by Madách Square, ending up at Móricz Zsigmond Square back in Buda.
Cabs
You can take a cab at the usual, reasonable transfer price. Find the dispatch service at the parking Lot near the entrance. If you have any questions or remarks regarding our cab-service, consult our dispatcher at the taxi-rank, or call our central number (+36-1/2-111-111, nonstop).
Rickshaw Service
Don't miss out on the fun of taking a romantic rickshaw ride to the Sziget and back. Try out the environmentally-friendly form of public transport provided by Triáker Riksa. A rickshaw ride home shows not only environmental awareness but is also a lot of fun after partying on the Sziget. Rickshaw stands are located on the road between the entrance of the festival and the HÉV (suburban train) line.

Meeting Point
It's just adviseable to have a point of reference.
We suggest the open before the main entrance, or the area beside Information centre on the festival ground.

Services for People with Disabilities
Specially adapted toilets and showers can be found in several areas of the festival, which are marked on the map. In front of the Main Stage there is a platform that can only be used by physically-disabled people. Also, for our visitors with physical disabilities who have valid day or weekly tickets we're running a special bus line in conjunction with the Veled-Érted Association, and its trained personal helpers, from 1 pm to 12 pm. Buses leave from Batthyány square from 1 pm and every two hours after and also stop at Flórián Square (where disabled people arriving in their own cars can park for free). Returning from the Sziget, buses run from 2 pm. The last bus leaves the Sziget at 12 pm. For further information about the bus line call the +36/20-982-4076 mobile number.

Assistance Service for Blind Persons and Visually Impaired Visitors to Sziget
At the 2009 Sziget festival the Middle-Hungarian Regional Association for Blind and Visually Impaired People offers a free assistance service for blind and visually impaired visitors. We wish to enable visually impaired young people to choose independently and according to their own taste from the abundant programs of the Sziget. Thus, they can have the opportunity to have fun, meet people and enjoy themselves along with their non-visually impaired peers. The service can be obtained by visually impaired Sziget-visitors free of charge via the +36/20-926-5179 mobile number. The number can be called by people with Vodafone-MVGYOSZ discount subscribers. Laundry Service
After a week long camping, your clothes might need a good wash. We can help you with this as well. Just leave you dirty items at the Information desk and come back to pick up your clean clothes from here. For Sziget visitors dirty clothes are washed by the Liliom Textilápoló Szalon. The annyiavilag.hu Internet Tent provides internet free of charge for the visitors of Sziget festival. The Internet Tent is open every day between 10 am and 11 pm. The Internet can be used up to a maximum of 20 minutes at one time.
– Visitors to the tent who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs can be turned away by the security guards before entering the tent or before starting to use the computers. Visitors who misbehave can also be ejected.
– Computers and other hardware have to be used properly by everyone. In case of damaging them, visitors are subject to pay for the damage.
– It's forbidden to annoy other visitors in the tent.
– Eating, drinking and smoking are strictly forbidden in the tent!
– Anyone who wishes to use the services provided by annyiavilag.hu Internet Tent has to acknowledge and accept the above mentioned regulations.

Playhouse
Spend your time with giant toys and all sorts of games.
Theba Arts Tent
You can learn how to make the so-called cyano-types from Theba school students, which is an old and hardly known photographic process resulting in wonderful blue pictures. You can use your own shots or our negatives, and you can take the developed pictures with you rightaway.
You can also make monotypes yourself, which is a special graphic method. It's colourful and paint focussed. You are perfectly free to create. Eventually we will help you to press the ready work of art onto white sheets with a roll. You can frame it after drying, and take it home. You can also try pottery. The master's disciples will help you work the wheel, to decorate cups, plates and other minor table-ware made of first class clay. If you want to be a sculptor, you can be that, too. Everything you create, you can take it home.
Come over, and do some real creating!
Post Office
Magyar Posta Company is setting up a pavillion at Sziget Festival again this year, providing comfortable facility for festival-goers. Further services are available:

BTH Budapest Tourism Nonprofit Kft. and Hungarian Tourism Zrt.'s Budapest Central-Danube Region Regional Marketing Board will run a TOURINFORM pavilion on the site of Sziget to which foreign Sziget visitors are warmly welcome. There you can learn more about the sights and interesting aspects of Budapest and the region. Trained, foreign-language speaking staff and free brochures will be on hand between noon and 8 pm to help you to decide what to do in your party-free, concert-free spare time.
Green Info Point
Inform about ZÖLD ÖVEZET® Environmental Programme (greenbelt). Take part in our environmental activities and games. Ask for your own garbage bag! Open: from 11 AM to 11 PM.
Giving Blood
Give blood and save three lives!
The Hungarian Red Cross is looking forward to seeing everyone who would like to give blood at the blood donation camp opposite the Csónakház on Day 0 between 3 pm and 8 pm, and every other day from 11 am to 7 pm. Bring your ID, TAJ card or other EU health insurance cards or insurance identification. On the day when you wish to give blood do not drink alcohol (or at least not before it), do not come with an empty stomach and drink a lot of alcohol free beverages.
Blood Sugar Test
You can have your blood sugar level checked on the stand of Egy Csepp Figyelem Alapítvány (One Drop of Attention Foundation) next to the Adventure castle on August 14 between 2 pm and 6 pm; August 15 between 2 pm and 7 pm; August 16 between 2 pm and 7 pm. Save a drop of attention for your health!
