Cult live acts and world famous DJ sets at the Arena

The Burn Party Arena's mega-tent is to host an extended line-up for lovers of the electronic genre, including the likes of José Padilla, Pete Tong, Paul Oakenfold, Armin van Buuren, The Crystal Method, Coldcut and Birdy Nam Nam, among many distinguished others. Naturally, more giants of the electronic music scene will appear on other stages. Such icons include Fatboy Slim, Pendulum and The Prodigy, who will all appear on the main stage.

Contrary to previous years, this year the 2700 m2 Party Arena mega-tent is guaranteed to be crowded by 7.30 pm. To further excite fans of electronic music, the Burn Party Arena's bill will be enhanced by a number of cult live acts. José Padilla is lined up to open in the early evening slot on the first day of the festival. In the same slot on other days, we will see: 808 State, the eminent British reps of acid house; French electro Birdy Nam Nam; The Crystal Method from California; and, on the last day, the famous duo of Jonathan Moore and Matt Black - better known to the world as Coldcut. The live acts will be followed by DJ sets, whereby the Sziget will house the most influential names in club culture.

Among them, the world's number one "guru", Pete Tong, whose Essential Selection programme on BBC Radio One is followed by 12 million people worldwide every week. Armin van Buuren, the best known DJ of the Dutch trance scene, who despite having shot to fame quickly, doesn't like to hurry things. The anchorman of A State of Trance, which is broadcast on more than forty radio stations and has an average seven million listeners on weekly basis, is into long-term solutions especially if it's about marathon DJ-sets, getting his degree or about broadcasting.

The most famous Swedish DJ, Eric Prydz who climbed to the top of every possible chart with Call On Me, will also shake this year's Party Arena. Paul Oakenfold is all set to bring his new album, Pop Killer, to this year's Sziget, which is bound to wow the Hungarian audience in the wake of his sold out concerts at the biggest venues on the planet. Groovrider, who is sometimes referred to as the forefather of drum and bass will also appear, as well as other magical proponents of the style such as Karl Francis, who is known to the world club scene as Dillinja.

Don't forget that during the festival after 11 PM you will be able to buy half price Day Tickets of the actual day for 21 €.
