Ticket receiver

Please note that in the box "ticket receiver" you need to provide the name and the personal data of the person who will actually obtain the tickets on the spot. If you are a group arriving together at the venue, multiple tickets can be ordered together by providing one of the group members' data as "ticket receiver". Please make a separate booking for each person if it's likely that group members will arrive in different times! The "ticket receiver" and the cardholder may be a different person, but we can exclusively give the tickets at the venue to those who are indicated as "ticket receiver".

Please note that we don't reserve tickets. No refund of purchased tickets is possible.

Mail addresses

Important information for customers with Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL and Google mail addresses! These services provide built in spam filters that may mark some legitimate emails, including emails sent from sziget.hu, as spam, permanently delete or move them to Junk / Spam / Bulk Mail / Trash folders. If you don't receive our automatic confirmation email within 20 minutes, and it neither can be found in these folders, please let us know by emailing to here. Placing your order again will result double charging of your card.
